What is Expressive Arts?
Expressive Arts programs help with many areas:
Often providing the coping skills necessary to bring healing and balance to life.
Expressive arts provide a variety of mediums to help manage and creatively cope with life experiences that may be difficult to navigate.
Participating in expressive art activities allows for safe expression of feelings
No structure or expected outcomes.
These programs are not about following a strict plan to produce an end product, it is entirely about finding a process that allows your feelings to flow freely, reducing stress and providing self awareness and understanding.
