I'm not creative or artistic, how will expressive arts be effective?
To many, it may come as a surprise that we are all creative in different ways. Expressive arts isn't about talent, it is about self expression and tapping into your subconscious.
I'm not athletic/my health will limit what I can do in nature.
Nature connection is tailored specifically to the individual. Understanding we all have our different comfort levels and abilities, the nature experiences will be specific and custom to your current needs.

Journals, storytelling opportunities, poetry activities, biography creation, drama activities, word play, creative news articles, event sequencing, and more!
Movement with or without music to express motions, exploring movement in various environments, yoga, creative dance, props, and more!
